well, I want to feel a lot better about myself. I’m sick of people making fun of me, whether behind my back or right in front of me. Also, my school has a dance in december, and I want to look my best for it. I’ve done a lot of reasearch on losing weight safely, but nothing is specific enough, or gives me the motivation i need. Any help? (please, no links, unless they’re REALLY good)
