How To Loose 10 Pounds Fast!

Here’s how to loose 10 pounds fast in 6 easy steps. The following tried and true weight loss plan will help just about anyone to lose ten pounds quickly and safely. Couch potato

These methods will work for most people but if you’re like me and think exercise is for hamsters and cannot live without my weekly mocha latte, then click here to enjoy your favourite foods and still lose weight.

Drink lots of water

Not many people realize that drinking lots of water will help in losing weight. Drinking water helps your liver to metabolize fat and convert stored fat to energy. Not only that, if you continue to give your body enough water, it will start to get rid of the stored water it was holding onto in your ankles and your hips and thighs. Your body will think that there’s no need to hold on to water in those areas because your water intake has increased.

Eat smaller meals more frequently

Eat smaller meals 5 – 6 times a day instead of 3 large meals. Eating small meals throughout the day helps boosts your metabolism and keeps you from feeling hungry. Eating more frequently tells your body that you are giving it energy and it does not need to store calories as fat. Don’t eat after midnight though. Research has shown that eating during your supposedly sleeping hours will make you fat!

Exercise to lose weight

Exercising is one of easy ways to lose weight fast. It boost your metabolism and burns calories at the same time. Although muscles weight more than fat, they are also extremely potent fat burners. Plus, muscles look a lot better than flab. So, if you cannot bring yourself to go to a gym, like me!, at least do some brisk walking 3o – 45 mins a day. Walk up stairs instead of taking the elevator, walk to the shops if you can.

Calorie Shifting Is The Key

Your body always “attempts” to burn the exact number of calories that you eat each day (this makes weight loss nearly impossible for many people). However, if you “shift” your calorie intake (when and what you eat) in a special way, you will trick your body into burning extra fat tissue and begin to lose weight in a much faster way. Snack up on fruits and vegetables

Not only are fruits and vegetables good for your overall health but the fiber in them will help add bulk to your diet, helping you to feel full longer. They also assist to flush out fat and toxins from your body.

Trim the Carbohydrates

If you want to loose weigth fast, reduce your intake of white flour, white sugar and white rice. Go for whole grains foods and unpolished rice instead. Low sugar cereals are good for snacks and breakfast. Cut out soda and sweetened drinks.

Avoid fatty foods

Try as much as possible to reduce deep fried and high fat content foods. Foods high in fat are usually high in calories. A pound of fat is about 3,500 calories!. Consuming too much saturated and trans fats may also increase LDL cholesterol (”bad” cholesterol) level, and increase your risk of heart disease. If you can, make a diary of your calorie intake to lose weight.

How to loose 10 pounds and keep it off

You may have read more or less than same formula on other websites dealing with how to loose 10 pounds quickly – eat less, run around, eat veggies not burgers and so on. I did too and was feeling quite depressed. I did actually lose weight following the above weight loss plan. However, the moment I stopped, the weight came back on. I stopped because I was feeling miserable trying to keep up with an alien-like diet and exercising like an energizer bunny.
