It’s great that you’re playing rugby and training on wednesdays. However, if you need to lose weight, you need to do at least 30-60 minutes of cardio 6 or 7 days a week.
Also, you need to watch your food intake. Just because you work out one day doesnt mean you can eat Mcdonalds. You need to eat a lot of food with fiber and protein in them. Eat chicken (with no breading), fish (tuna or samon), lots of veggies and fruit. It definitely isn’t fun dieting, but if you want to lose weight, its what you have to do.
By september you could lose a lot of weight, especially considering you’re 15 years old. Younger people tend to lose weight a lot fast than older people. Id say you could safely lose 10-15 pounds a month if you really work at it.
    good luck

Plan on 2 pounds a week. I’m guessing you’re a guy? Limit your calories to 1800-2200 a day or so and add regular cardio into your routine. Walk fast or jog for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Cardio burns fat.
