Hello, Margaret here. Thanks for visiting my website.
I created this little site to help people lose weight quickly and safely. There was a time when I was concerned about my belly fat and love handles and wanted to trim those away. I decided that I needed to lose about 10 pounds and wanted to do it in a healthy way without any extreme diets (fruits and veggie only.. ughh), too much exercise or surgery (lipo is a no no).

You cannot lose weight from just a specific area. You need to have overall weight loss. As for toning, just work those muscle groups. Once you lose the fat on your belly that you want, do crunches. To tone your thighs, jog or do squats and lunges.
