I created this little site to help people lose weight quickly and safely. There was a time when I was concerned about my belly fat and love handles and wanted to trim those away. I decided that I needed to lose about 10 pounds and wanted to do it in a healthy way without any extreme diets (fruits and veggie only.. ughh), too much exercise or surgery (lipo is a no no).

After that time you will need to look at using thermogenics like green tea, chromium and ephedra. Start incorporating very low calorie foods like green beans and carrots. Keep a good balance of carbs, fats and proteins, err on eating more protein like very lean meats, but don’t deprive yourself of fats, high carbohydrate diets will make you miserable. Take a multi vitamin daily.
