can i still lose 2 lbs or only 1lb? SAFELY?

    5- 6 pounds. You will need to be very active and eat no more 1200-1350 calories a day. A portion of that will be water loss. After that time you will need to look at using thermogenics like green tea, chromium and ephedra. Start incorporating very low calorie foods like green beans and carrots.
