ok so i am not exactly the skinny type yet i always eat right. there are only a few times a month that i eat anything sweet or ‘bad” for me.. what can i do to drop the wieght. oh and i have an injured ankle so no hard exercise

Have you tried swimming? Swimming is good because its easy on the joints.
How quickly you will lose the weight depends on how often you swim and how often you swim for.
You can also add weight training to your regimen as there are many beneficial weight lifting programs that don’t require strain on the ankle.
The more muscle a person has, the more calories he or she will burn in an hour.
to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in. You can still do an upper body workout with your bad ankle. I have a bad ankle right now and I went to the weight room tonight.
You need to start exercising more is my guess. If you can’t exercise hard then you need to exercise longer.
Well, I am also trying to lose a little weight myself. I go for a two mile walk every morning, and I am cutting back on things like bread and potatoes. I seems to be doing me a lot of good. ^^
