Anybody Know How Lose Weight Both Safely And Fast, I Need To Lose Weight But Get Tired Of Heavy Workouts?

i love to walk and work outside but even on a diet i can’t seem to lose weight

    I cut out ALL sugar (table sugar, corn syrup, honey, etc.) less than a month ago and I have lost 10 pounds. I reduced my sugar and cut out all carbs except brown rice about 4 months ago and I have lost 30 pounds since the end of October.
    I don’t even miss them now. I had to do this for health reasons, not weight loss. The weight loss was needed and has been a nice side benefit!
    Hope this helps.
    I should add also that I have done no exercise at all. I am getting ready to add that in shortly!

    Honestly.. fast isnt really an option if you want to do it safe and keep it off.
    I just lost 50 pounds..
    I started by cutting out all soda.. and i drink water like a fish now. lol
    I run on the treadmill for 30 minn.. but i start out by walking 5 so my muscles can warm up andi will get the full effect.. and then i walk 5 after and drink a full glass of water after.. it is suppose to make you burn more ..and hey.. i will try anything .. aslong as it isnt extreme.
    The doctor told me that you have to look like you just got done with a gatorade commerical when you work out.. if you arent sweating and working hard.. you are just wasting your time and you will never loose it.
    oh.. and my motivational quote that helps me is..
    ” if not now then when? If not me then who?” It just says basiclly if i dont work out now then when will i.. and nobody can do it but me.. so i try to work out now.. instead of putting it off or it will never be done.
    Also, Don’t eat late at night.
    Try and eat breakfast.. and dont eat candy.
    Eat healthy.
    But if you crave something sweet let yourself have a little of it.. or you will just binge out later and eat tonz of it. haha

    yoga is the best. aside from pilates. try ‘fat-blasting yoga’ by denise austin. it is a work out video adapting yoga technique for fitness. very easy to follow. it realy tones muscles n improves stamina. a week is enugh to make u feel the difference
